Sophia has been in the insurance industry since earning her business management degree from KSU in 1998. She started out as a claims adjuster at a large national insurer and quickly rose to manage her own team. In 2010 she founded Frisby & Fitzgibbon Insurance and has been its principal ever since.
In her free time, Sophia enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, her daughters Emma and Jessica, and their dogs Pinto & Georgie.
